  1. For anyone that is driving in from out of town, there is a campground right next to the Acadiana Park MTB trails, less than 1/4 mile from the registration pavilion. The Acadiana Park Campground is $20/night and has about 75 camping spots for campers or tents. There are bathroom facilities and showers comparable to most state parks. You can reserve a spot by calling 337-291-8388. If you are showing up late, you can get the gate access code ahead of time from the attendant.
Post up if you are planning to camp here the night before the race. This could turn out to be a nice MTB party before the race.

  2. Course map here:

A few notes about the course:

    1. Registration and Start/Finish will be near the open field between the tennis courts and the handball courts. The open field will give riders a chance to sprint, clip in, and get in formation before entering the trail. During each lap, it will also give riders a chance to get water and pass each other.

    2. We have extended the course between Heisenberg and Falkor to include a portion of a walking trail. This will add 1/3 of a mile and includes a very wide section to allow for passing. Everything will be very clearly taped off during the race.

Just a reminder, but Category 3 riders will be released at 9am, with Categories 1 and 2 starting at 10am! Please give yourself ample time to get through registration and get ready!

    See you all Sunday!
